  Went there for a wedding/ and reception. What a hidden gem. I recommend going there. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. Greta staff.

  Customer service is appauling! Went to this sub way tonight grabbed some food for myself & work colleges and this guy serving didn't even look at me! Had his head down the whole time, slamming and throwing salads into sandwiches and you could instantly tell he just plain tell he didn't want to be there... Huffed & grumbled when I asked for more sauce or more lettuce more anything really. The got more food either in other salads or on the floor then he did the sandwich! If u owner this franchise is fire this guy straight up.

  Similar to the other reviewer, I too have sometimes encountered staff here behaving in a strangely suspicious manner (ignore the baloney response about "engaging with customers", that wasn't it at all). In fact it may have even been the same staff member judging by the description. Personally it didn't bother me and was more amusing to watch than anything else, but if the situation ever became too irritating I'd just order online as these guys really do have great products and a mind-boggling range. It must be very fresh too as I didn't realise just how stale and bland the supermarket alternatives were until I started shopping here. One thing I would alert shoppers to is the unique parking situation - there's plenty of parking on site and clear signage to indicate the intended direction of traffic flow, but due to the nature of the clientele there's a lot of, shall we say, "creative driving" going on. So far I've had some sort of near-miss incident on every visit, so do what you can to keep away from the crazies if you value your paintwork. None of this is the fault of the company of course, it just comes with the territory. I'd say give them a try. Every product I've used so far has been impressive and there's always online shopping to fall back on if the above issues are too much, but then you would miss out on the aroma of the place. (Wish I could bottle that).
